Burntstump Country Park is a gorgeous woodland area in Nottinghamshire that is perfect for a countryside stroll. The destination is popular with dog walkers and families, has a cricket pitch, is found close to the Burnt Stump pub, and is an ideal spot for a picnic. 


How to get there
By car: Exit at junction 27 of the M1 and take the A608 exit to Heanor/Hucknall. Continue on Mansfield Rd/A608. Take A611 and B6011 to Burntstump Hill
By train: Hucknall train station (4 miles).
